Shipping Policy

Delivery within Pakistan: Our estimated delivery time for orders within Pakistan is 2-3 working days. If there are any changes or delays, we will notify you accordingly. If you have not received any information about a delay, it may be due to communication issues such as non-functional or undefined email or phone contact details. It is important to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays if the customer's contact information is not provided or is incorrect.

Delivery for International Customers: For our international customers, the estimated delivery time is 14-20 working days from the confirmation of payment via Bank Transfer. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances. In some cases, the delay may extend beyond the estimated time by an additional 5-6 working days or more. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. It is the responsibility of the customer to stay informed about their order status.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the location you select, and cannot be refunded. We take no responsibility it there are any additional charges in terms of customs or duties charged by local authorities / Governments (Out of Pakistan). The custom charges have to be borne by the customer.
